Deepthi brings 17+ years of consulting and utility sector experience, including leading major digital transformation and grid modernization initiatives at a top-tier U.S. utility. She is known for her ability to bridge strategy with executon and excel in stakeholder engagement, cross-functonal collaboraton, and driving innovaton to
deliver measurable business outcomes.
She also brings a distinctive perspective on leadership through influence, having co-authored Influence & Impact with negotiation expert Chris Voss.
Bob Barrett
Partner, HVAC Engineering Services
Bob has 25 years of experience in the commercial HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning) and plumbing industry. He has theoretical and practical experience with commercial HVAC and plumbing equipment and controls, bringing systems expertise to every problem and opportunity he is presented with. Bob is familiar with air-systems, hydronic-systems, co-gen and tri-gen systems; and has expertise with large campus facilities, multi-family high-rise buildings, hospital systems, etc. Bob was a TEDx speaker in 2014, “Changing the Developer Paradigm.”
